Refund Policy
Contractor Onboarding & Credential Setup
All independent contractors are responsible for standard onboarding and credential setup costs, which cover identity verification, administrative processing, and secure activation on the contractor platform. These costs are considered business-related expenses and are non-refundable once processing has begun, as services are rendered immediately after submission.
Duplicate or Existing Profiles
If a duplicate or existing contractor profile is discovered, QUIK-TURNS will transfer your access at no additional cost. Onboarding and credential setup costs are not refundable once your record has entered processing.
Refund Eligibility
- Requests must be submitted by email to onboarding@quikturns.com prior to activation of your contractor profile.
- Include your full name, email used during submission, date of payment, and a brief reason for your request.
- Eligible refunds are processed back to the original payment method through our secure system within 5โ10 business days.
Chargebacks
Please contact us first regarding any disputed charges. Filing an unauthorized chargeback may delay resolution and could impact eligibility to participate in future contractor programs.
