1. Overview
These Terms govern your use of QUIK-TURNS websites, forms, and related services (“Services”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms and referenced policies.
2. Independent Contractor Relationship
Opportunities are offered for independent contractors (1099). No employment, partnership, franchise, or joint venture is created.
3. Eligibility
You must be 18 or older, legally able to contract in the U.S., and meet partner platform and client requirements.
4. Accounts & Security
You are responsible for providing accurate information, maintaining account security, and notifying us of any unauthorized use.
5. Business-Related Onboarding Costs
Independent contractors are responsible for standard onboarding and credential setup costs associated with identity verification, documentation processing, and secure activation on the contractor platform. These are business expenses of independent professionals and are not employment fees. Additional platform or client costs may apply depending on the program and may be deducted before payout or processed separately.

7. Training & Certification
Certification includes live Zoom attendance and self-paced modules. Access to specific client opportunities is not guaranteed and may depend on availability, requirements, and successful completion of certification.
8. Scheduling & Commitments
You select service intervals. Reliability and compliance with platform/client rules are required.
9. Acceptable Use
No unlawful activity, credential sharing, security interference, scraping, reverse engineering, or misuse of the Services.
10. Intellectual Property
All content and trademarks are owned by QUIK-TURNS or its licensors. You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the Services for their intended purpose.
11. Third-Party Services
We may use trusted third-party providers for forms and e-signature tools, secure payment processing, communications, analytics, and related functions. Your use of those services may be governed by their terms and privacy policies. We receive limited data from these providers as needed to administer onboarding, credentialing, and payouts.

13. Disclaimers
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS.” QUIK-TURNS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
14. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, QUIK-TURNS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOST PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold QUIK-TURNS harmless from claims arising from your use of the Services or breach of these Terms.
16. Arbitration; Class-Action Waiver
All disputes are resolved by binding individual arbitration under the Federal Arbitration Act. Class actions and class-wide arbitration are waived. Each party bears its own costs and attorneys’ fees.
17. Modifications
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
